Life is full of mysteries. The saying that ‘Narrow is the way’ is true in the case of being successful in life. Those who actually succeeded in life through righteous means are few and they did so by treading a path the unsuccessful ones considered to be too difficult. While the unsuccessful ones abandoned a vocation or activity because it is laced with many challenges and obstacles, the successful ones moved ahead and find ways of surmounting the obstacles. Through persistent efforts, they are able to overcome the challenges and they become victorious at the end.
What baffles me most and which I consider to be a mystery is that I have seen instances where a group of people start something that they know is worthwhile and if accomplished will take them to a higher pedestal in life. However as common with virtually every endeavour, there is bound to be challenges to be faced and while some people quickly lose sight of the ultimate benefits once the challenges start rearing their heads and chicken out of the race, a few determined ones forge ahead and through thick and thin see themselves through the endeavour.
No wonder it has been widely established that only 20% of the population controls 80% of resources available. In foreign exchange (Forex) trading, there is a common saying that only 5% of traders are successful. I have come to realize this fact with the happenings around me since I chose to tread this path hence my conclusion that ‘Narrow is the way’ always hold true in every circumstance.
My question to you, the reader of this piece is that why do men choose the path of failure by chicken out so soon when they know that there cannot be any achievement without some form of sacrifice and endurance? Is it because the notion that ‘Narrow is the way’ must hold true in all circumstances? Is there anything man can do to circumvent this law? Are some destined to fail hence no amount of effort on their part will make them to be successful?
I need answers please.

The 80/20 Principle must always apply to every situation....as for MEN who chooses the path of failure...well...it's a matter of CHOICE.
